a few things about the story : 

Main Story

20 years ago the world was nearly wiped clean of life. 

only few survived, in bunkers or in the Metro Stations.

Chapter 1

Bunker V227-3

There are a total of 8 bunkers. one of them never was finished in time.

however 2 of the Bunker ( V227-2 & V227-6) got destoryed by a up to now unknown group. 

since that the people in the other bunkers became more careful and protective.

they always guard  the ways towards the big steel door that shelter them from the outside,

they even sent people outside on the radioactive surface. 

those people who guard their bunker are volunteers. 

however, Chrono is one of them.
